This is based on a threefold objective: firstly, to bring citizens closer to culture and to design a cultural policy, secondly, to comply with our international commitments related to cultural rights, particularly the right of access to culture, and, finally, to advocate culture and the participation of citizens in cultural life as a means of defending, promoting and expanding democracy.
