    03-10-2024 13:15 03-10-2024 14:00 Europe/Madrid Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair by Pablo Neruda At 1:00 pm on 3rd October, as a closing act at Liber 2024, the Government of Chile will officially accept the country’s attendance at Liber 2025 as the guest of honour. The press conference will be conducted by Javier Velasco, the Chilean ambassador to Spain, Germán Berger, the cultural attaché, and nine national artists. After the press conference, the Chilean writers and actresses present will read excerpts from the book titled Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair written by Pablo Neruda, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature. This outstanding collection of poems will celebrate the hundredth anniversary of its first publication. CC1, Sala 1.3
