Libraries and e-books: an unresolved issue?

In this round table discussion we’ll explore the report titled Libraries and E-Books: Promotion of Rights of Access to Information, Culture and Knowledge, drawn up by Alicia Sellés and published by FESABID, which will be released in September with the support of the European Knowledge Rights 21 (KR21) project. In an open debate, similar to those that take place at a reading club, we’ll analyse whether access to e-books at libraries has undergone a true evolution or whether there are still unresolved issues.
